Terms of service

Membership is by invitation or referral only. Submitting an invitation request does not guarantee membership — every request is reviewed personally by our team, and we may decline or waitlist requests at our discretion.

Your membership is personal to you. Guests may travel under your membership once introduced to your concierge, and you are responsible for the guests you bring. We may suspend or end a membership for conduct that endangers the safety, comfort or enjoyment of fellow travellers.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Private family journeys may require a personal passcode or invitation link provided by our team. Please keep these credentials within your household.

Because every journey is priced according to cabin category, occupancy and the bespoke elements each member selects, pricing is shared upon invite review rather than published publicly.

A reservation is confirmed once our team approves it and the required deposit is received. The specific inclusions, payment schedule and any journey-specific conditions for your departure are provided with your invitation and invoice — together with these terms, they form the agreement for that journey.

Deposits, instalment plans and balances are collected through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Online payments carry a card processing fee, which is always shown before you confirm a payment. Zelle, where arranged with our team, carries no processing fee.

Where you authorise a payment plan or save a card on file, you authorise us to charge the card for the instalments on their scheduled dates until your balance is settled. Receipts are emailed after each successful payment and remain available in the member portal.

Each journey has its own cancellation schedule, refund terms and supplier conditions — these are provided with your invitation and invoice, and they govern that journey. Suppliers such as cruise lines and hotels may also apply their own terms.

Occasionally we must adjust an itinerary — for weather, safety, supplier changes or matters beyond our control. If we make a significant change, we will notify you promptly and work with you on the best available alternative.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visas, and meeting the health and entry requirements of each destination. Our team will advise on requirements, but final responsibility rests with each traveller.

Airlines, cruise lines and other suppliers may deny boarding or service to travellers without valid documents. We encourage completing your travel documents in the member portal well before departure.

Travel involves inherent risks — changing weather, terrain, transport, local conditions and activities. By joining a journey you accept these risks as your own responsibility, and we ask every traveller to follow the guidance of our team, escorts and local partners.

Safety is one of our three pillars. We reserve the right to remove any traveller whose conduct endangers or materially disrupts the experience of others, without refund.

We photograph our journeys for our private trip albums, and occasionally for our website and social channels. Album photos are shared only with the guests of that journey.

If you prefer not to appear in photos used outside the private album, tell us in writing before your departure and we will honour your wishes.

You agree not to misuse the site or member portal — including attempting to access other members' information, reselling or transferring invitations without consent, scraping the site, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Legal Eagles Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from any journey is limited to the amount you paid us for that journey.

We act as a curator and, in many cases, as an agent for travel suppliers. Our liability is limited accordingly, and claims arising from supplier services are subject to the supplier's own terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, and for material changes affecting a confirmed journey we will notify you directly. These terms were last updated in September 2026.
